Euro Fed Lipid Congress and Expo go for Poznan
The European Federation for the Science and Technology of Lipids has chosen Poznan, Poland for their 19th international Euro Fed Lipid congress in September 2021. The organizers assume the meeting will gather around 900 specialists from Europe and other continents.
The Euro Fed Lipid Congress is a regular meeting, which rotates annually between European cities. The event is aimed to be an integration platform for experts representing a wide range of specializations on chemical engineering and nutrition technology. Most delegates come from Europe, but every year a number of United States and Asian countries representatives grows.
Poznan's choice for the congress host is a fruit of joint efforts undertaken by local ambassador, Professor Magdalena Rudzińska at Poznań University of Life Sciences, Chair of the Chemistry and Nutrition Technology Section of Polish Society of Food Technologists and Poland's representative at the Board of European Federation for the Science and Technology of Lipids, Poznań Congress Center and Poznań Convention Bureau.
"The city's attractiveness and the congress potential Poznań present, increasingly earns recognition among organizers of international meetings. We are also pleased to observe the growing confidence between local academics and the meetings industry members, what results in overall development of bidding process for the meetings in Poznan", says Jan Mazurczak, CEO of Poznań Convention Bureau.
