Swarzędz Skate-park
Swarzędz Skate-park is one of the most modern facilities of this kind in Poland. It combines various leisure park solutions with competitive sports equipment, and all this is complemented by urban green areas.
The skate-park is located in the attractive sports-and recreation area of Swarzędzkie lake. Its most vital element is a ferroconcrete basin, 58 meters long and 42 meters wide. The facility is also equipped with other comforts like benches, bike stands and a number of conveniently located rubbish bins. The skate-park is a public place, and although it has no roof, it is very much weather resistant.
Some of the elements of the skate-park include: stairs with a banister, a manual box, a grind box, a quarter pipe, a mini bank, pierres sèches, a wave with a fun box pyramid, a bowl, a double set, a gap and a volcano. These obstacles were all designed in a way that should meet the requirements of even the most demanding skaters.
Nearby the skate-park there is the “Wodny Raj” swimming facility.
