Das Menü wechselt täglich zwischen 6 verschieden Sorten Pizza. Die Zutaten, die für die Pizza verwendet werden, werden aus dem sonnigem Italien importiert.
Die Inhaber von PIZZA a PEZZI sind zwei Berliner, die nach Polen ausgewandert sind.

Why do people always think pizza can´t possibly be healthy? Food that is prepared with care is, in most cases, healthy and tasty. Whatever we call such food, its name does not always matter, even if it is ‘pizza’ or a ‘hamburger’.
Since December 2012, Pizza a Pezzi has served up natural food encompassing only the best ingredients. Pizza at our place is made from selected, regional and imported products, making it truly fresh.
Let’s start with the dough. The flour for our dough is imported. This kind of flour makes our dough crunchy, giving it a distinct texture and flavor. Moreover, we use a special type of yeast from Italy as a raising agent. Then we let the dough rise for an appropriate time, letting the yeast do its work.
Additionally, ripe Italian tomatoes are used for our sauce and then seasoned with fresh ocean salt, fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil, also from Italy.
Of equal importance is Pizza a Pezzi’s mozzarella topping. We import our fresh mozzarella because this kind of product is not readily available for purchase in Poland.
And what, exactly, is truly fresh mozzarella?
Fresh mozzarella is made from cow or buffalo milk along with salt and rennet. At Pizza a Pezzi we use cow-milk mozzarella as a topping for our pizzas. Such mozzarella has a smooth delicate texture, accompanied by a soft milky taste.
Mozzarella may contain as much fat as other delectable natural cheeses, such as Gouda, Gruyere or Emmentaler, but it alone is uniquely suitable as a pizza topping. Imitation cheeses, on the other hand, are not even made with milk (instead using oil substitutes) and contain different levels of fat; they are also cheaper than natural cheeses. Many pizzerias use natural cheeses other than mozzarella or imitation cheeses as a pizza topping, but these substitutes are not as inherently elastic as mozzarella, and they do not bubble and brown like mozzarella.
Furthermore, at Pizza a Pezzi we use Italian salami and prosciutto as additional toppings. Italian salami and prosciutto are the delicious end products of Italy’s deep traditions and true knowledge of savory food.
Finally, we complement all of this with toppings of fresh local vegetables ranging from onions to sweet red and green peppers, spinach and even eggplant, or whatever else comes in fresh on a daily basis.
So it is easy to see that pizza can truly be healthy.
